Meditation can be many different things to different
people. Its purpose can be to relax, reduce stress, or
relieve physical, emotional or mental pain. It can also be
used to heighten awareness of both seen and unseen energies in your
environment
Everyone can meditate. Simply watching a flame or a leaf
falling from a tree, or a bird in a pond is a form of
meditation when the mind is focused.
With practice you are able to string these "aware" moments
together into a continuum - remaining present not only whilst
sitting but all the time.
The pathway to inner peace, harmony, increased awareness, and
good health is dramatically accelerated through a regular practice
of meditation
