EDUCATION MODULE

The education module in the Work Health Wisdom Program provides the keys on "how to be healthy".  

It includes a one day interactive workshop along with a comprehensive array of on line valuable Life Skills processes which address common and debilitating challenges in every day life.

Self Help Health and Wellbeing Strategies facilitate healing, greater awareness, harmony and personal growth.

The mind/body/spirit connection is a core element incorporating the science of Psycho-immunology. Much of the content involves experiential learning and practical tools which Individuals can experience to achieve immediate results and others which provide the formula for greater health and wellbeing through longer term change. 

This is truly the most effective way to bring about change that is supportive to individuals concerned, and ensures your business success which will ultimately benefit the greater community.

The Education Module consists of a full day of interactive training and includes an overview of the following topics with more detailed resourses available in the Members on line section  

  • Causes of Health Imbalances
  • Understanding the mind/body/spirit connection
  • Personal Awareness - the keys to improving health and wellbeing
  • Why Self Esteem is so important
  • Improving Communications and Relationships
  • How to address every day Anxiety, and the growing issues of Depression and Addictions

Ongoing support is provided through a comprehensive range of "self help" strategies for Wellness available onsite in the members section. These can be accessed at any time suited to you and your employees.  The vast majority are proven "Self Help" tools inviting action to bring about the desired change.  The Categories include:
